"This is not what some would call a 5 star hotel but if you are going to Baxter State park it is a good place to stay. It is an older facility and the owners live there and they are very nice and them and their staff are helpful and nice! They have a wonderful laundry which is important for us when traveling. Their continental breakfast is adequate. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We lived Baxter State park! Hikers and hunters stay here. We met 2 boys that were hiking...

"The room itself was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and of course Lucy the mascot was also a joy.would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Arcadia or surrounding areas. I would though like to see bottled water so I could make a cup of coffee."

"Everything was excellent except the parking lot is horrible & needs a good pavement job and the pool was “closed for maintenance” but was full and we never saw anyone working on it. That would have been nice to know, since that was part of the reason I chose the hotel. "
