"The hotel is in a very convenient area just steps away from the Stamford Brook stop on the District line. The staff was so helpful when I arrived very early after an overnight flight from the U.S. The light blocking window shade worked great, allowing me to sleep off my jet lag almost too easily! The room I was assigned was small but clean and functional, but on the 3rd floor with no lift. Be careful in booking and request a ground or first floor if you are traveling with heavy bags or have difficulty in navigating stairs. I can’t say enough good things about the area. There is a great coffee shop just steps away and FANTASTIC restaurant choices within walking distance. Overall great value and helpful staff. Would book again but with a request to be assigned a room on a lower floor."

"Child/ baby friendly ( they can provide you with travel cots at no extra cost charge. However, they do not have baby changing facilities in their communal areas. Overall a lovely stay, busy weekend for reading festival. And check in took a little bit longer but the staff were really helpful :)"

"The location is great for LHR terminal 5 with easy access via the driverless pods. Only half the restraint was open so unless you booked in advance it was hard to get a table so we bought a bar snack instead, also the property has some areas which are a little outdated."

"Great location for Terminal 4 Room windows opened into lobby, so lack of natural light made room dark, not enough lights Staff were friendly , never got to explore property as delays in flights had us arrive late at night and then left next morning"

"Surprisingly good! Perhaps as I’d booked months early, I was given a nice sized room in an extremely quiet tucked away corner. Ceiling to floor thick curtains created complete darkness. The two combined created a very pleasant experience and a great, long sleep. Other nice little touches were also appreciated. Even the room temperature was perfect without any action by me. Only gripe was the young woman at the counter at checkout with an impressively indifferent approach to customer service, particularly as I didn’t present her anything but simple questions; afraid she spoiled the potential perfect score."
