"Overall, the room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious. The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service.
