building site

this is a residential area. it was still a building site, workmen working on the fire escape!!! and other apartments in the blocks. brand new 2 bedroom apartment, very clean, although you would expect it to accommodate 4 people there was only 3 of everything eg plates spoons knives etc, not enough cooking utensils. need a car or use the bus to get anywhere or see the sites.

Location was rather out of the way & although the apartment was clean & modern there was little shelf space in bedrooms or bathrooms and the lack of bedside cabinets and bedside lamps was poor Probably better suited to residential use. Pool didn't look inviting either and was shut most of the time we wanted to use it....

Everyting was great

Kitchen had everything needed, breakfast was in the fridge already packadged. Only bad thing was that parking was promised on premisses of hotel, but at the arrival it was said that it is on the side of street, but there are pleanty of spots for that.

Apartments were lovely, clean, tidy and stocked for us, language was a bit of a problem but i had an english to Spanish app on phone so we managed ok. It was disappointing the pool was not open even though the weather was hot

Great apartments and service, a bit far

Located in the outskirts of Alcalá de Henares, it's a bit faraway. If you arrive late (as we did) you'll be limited in food options. The apartments are large, new, sparkling clean and very well equipped: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room and large balcony. The stay includes breakfast bags which were much appreciated. Wifi is great: high speed and low latency.

Los apartamentos están muy bien ya que cuentan con todo lo necesario para poder estar tranquilamente. En cuanto a la ubicación es importante tener en cuenta que si vas a visitar Alcalá sin coche esta lejos y con difícil conexión. Si vas en coche es perfecto porque es una zona en la que se aparca bien y a tan solo 5 minutos del centro.
