Prime location in Barrio de Salamanca, its clean, nice and luxurious. Great breakfast. Rooms are quite smaller than advertised, service is sub par, if you can avoid Hotel staff your experience will improve. Good for short trips with little luggage.

Unfortunately there was no hot water for over 24 hrs plus. I moved to the sole room in the groundfloor with a bit of water and not for long. Problem was with a pump. These things cannot happen in a 5 star hotel with matching price.

The hotel is nice, but not meet the expectations for a five-star rating. The lobby and decoration did not match the anticipated standard. The hotel is too expensive compared to other four-star hotels in the area that are in better condition. We expectated more luxurious amenities.

O hotel no geral é excelente, funcionários muito simpáticos e preparados! Com exceção de um ponto: meu quarto era voltado para a rua, o isolamento acústico é terrível!!!! Se escuta absolutamente tudo o que acontece. Toda madrugada muito barulho de caminhão de lixo e logo cedo, obras…. Tirando isso, o hotel é ótimo!
