"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"The staff is bored and unhelpful. The woman who checked me in seemed apathetic. When I checked out, I asked the front desk a question and he genuinely seemed annoyed I asked a question. I realize these are no frill hotels but I would encourage to find more interested & pleasant people to work the front desk."

"An excellent stay at Hotel Preciados! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and always happy to help with everything, including calling a taxi whenever we needed one.
The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. I especially appreciated that Café Varela opens at 7:00 a.m. for hotel guests. Being able to have breakfast early makes such a difference when you have an early tour!
I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely stay...

9.4 daripada 10, Luar biasa, (995 ulasan)
"The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my rating stems from the hotel staff putting us on the 2nd floor with windows that faced the atrium and there was a party going on that kept us up until 2 in the morning. I would hope that consideration would have been given to hotel guests to keep them free from the noise by putting them on the opposite side of the atrium and/or at least putting us on a higher floor than 2."

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish.
The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...
