"Very slow check in process and front desk agent did not welcome or explain anything about the property...asked for id...took payment and handed me keys.....lady working the breakfast area was great....they should put up a large menu so people can look and see if its what they want. Would be less bother to the busy waitress. Night bartender was very nice and accommodating. Casino was fun."

"We had a very short stay at this hotel during a 9 hour layover at YYZ. To say the staff were excellent would be an understatement! So friendly, helpful and professional. This includes front desk and the airport shuttle driver as well. I would definitely use this hotel for a good rest if we ever came up against this situation again. Very comfortable bed as well. It was perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay and honestly this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was excellent. The only issues we encountered were that Google Cast wasn’t working and there were some items left in the fridge that didn’t smell very good. However, the manager personally stepped in and resolved the situation quickly. We really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. We left happy and would definitely stay here again!"
