This was an “okay” experience. Our rooms were reasonably clean. The area seemed safe. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing especially good. I spoke to somebody by at the property three times prior to our arrival to insure that we’d be able to have connecting rooms, as we were traveling with an elderly relative who is at risk of falling. Each time, I was assured that we had connecting rooms. When we checked in, we were assigned rooms across the hall from one another. The person at the desk was polite, but unable to help in any way. Interestingly, both of the rooms we were assigned to had connecting rooms, which were already occupied by guests who did not need connecting rooms. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that had no resolution. I would not stay there again.

Breakfast had variety including eggs bacon and yogurt. Staff was friendly. Room was nice though the bed seemed hard to me. Convenient location near gas and highway.
Everything went smooth. It always does best hotel in central city. I will never stay anywhere else. They care about you here and want your stay to be a good as possible. They always have to give us extra pillows because of the tiny pillows but they always step up. Whatever we need they are always so courteous. Best hotel award BW
Staff was amazing. Rooms clean. Good breakfast. I made the mistake of asking for a room on huddle house side which got me close to the door on the first floor. Never again I heard that door Everytime it closed. Pillows were very small had to ask for more. Other than that this BW is amazing.
Convenient…Close to WK Pkwy, great Mex restaurant nearby, good breakfast. They’re overpriced probably due to hardly any brand hotels along this stretch of highway.
Clean, updated facility. Fastest & easiest check in & out ever. Karen had our room super clean & fresh. I believe our hostess at breakfast was Shirley. She was so sweet & friendly. She took good care of us.
As we walked in to check in, the front desk lady was rude and had no people skills whatsoever. She was trying to go on break and we were needing to get our room. With a frown and a tone not warranted, she said, "I swear, every time I try to go on break, somebody walks in!" And, there were all of 3 cars in the parking lot. Look, I'm sorry that you have a job to do and are overwhelmed by the amount of people staying at your hotel, but it's called a J.O.B. that you are paid to do. It was really kind of comicle to my wife and me because it took all of 5 minutes to check in. Now to the room...A/C got cold, water was hot and rooms were clean which was great! But, round seated toilets need to be replaced by elongated toilets for sanitary reasons, the beds are hard and I guess that's great if you like that, but we don't. Last, but not least, I totally wish I could post the sign from the morning breakfast that was on the wall because...WOW! Never have I seen a hotel that offers free breakfast, complain about what you eat and what you're limited to and maybe it's been abused at one time or another, but the sign was just petty. Oh, and the indoor pool was shut and out of order, but looked just fine. Anyhow, it was just a one night stay and probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was an emergency. Management or Best Western needs to look into these issues.
