"Well, we’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times and have always been pleased even though it’s quite expensive but you’re at the airport so it’s convenient, but this time we checked in and the room was good but the housekeeping did not do a good enough job because they left somebody else’s soap scum in there and their old bar soap and the floor was all soapy and there was hair all over. It was disgusting. I told the front desk and she acted like it was no big deal."

"The hotel was in great condition and we enjoyed the evening snacks/drinks as well as the broad array of breakfast items available each morning. The pool and hot tub were also nice with perfect temperature and ample towels available. While we were there we did sadly misplace our car keys. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly in trying to help us locate them. When they could not be found they helped us find a local locksmith and let us stay in the room longer. "This hotel s food. It’s a very secure property, a room key is required to enter the parking lot which made me feel safe. The courtyard was nice to sit out there and just watch people and enjoy. I did not use the pool. I like the free breakfast and the happy hour that they have with the drinks in the snacks. The hallways could have been a little cleaner there was crumbs and stuff in the stairwells. The walls are really thin. I could hear everything I could hear the freeway noise and I could hear...
