"It wasn't clear to me upon booking that there are two separate buildings. The one where I stayed is a lovely old house, and very comfortable. However, the noise from traffic on the busy street made sleeping in past 6 am a challenge. The breakfast is a short walk up the hill to the main hotel property. Breakfast was wonderul."
"Breakfast was great. And the hotel looks like it was great in its time. They appear to be painting and repairing the facility but they aren’t moving very fast. Our bed was worn out and I wouldn’t have been able to stay a fourth night. I hurt so bad after sleeping on that bed.
We were there 3 nights and the four daytime days there was never any activity on the front porch as far as construction but it was blocked off for repairs.

"1st - no dishes, silverware or cookware is included with your kitchenette. The property does have some they'll sell you. Housekeeping is only every 4th day, including trash removal.
That being said, the room layout was excellent, none of that wasted space that drives you crazy when you can't turn around in the bathroom.
