"The property was clean and the location was excellent, but the room service was not upto the mark with a brand like Best Western you expect good service. We had 2 rooms & requested a room cleaning service for both rooms, but only the towels were changed and the beds were not made or cleaned. Never expected this as you want to come back to a nice clean room with beds cleaned and made. So i would rate it poor on room service even though it was requested at the front desk."

"Such a great hotel. We had never been to Mackinac before and really loved this hotel and the location. We enjoyed the hot tub too. That was nice after a long day of walking around. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely come back!"
