Old hotel, not even close to be a 4 star

My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. Itā€™s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid itā€™s a shame.

O hotel possui um Ć³timo restaurante com excelente carta de vinhos. Muito bem localizado e staff eficiente. Achei o tamanho do quarto adequado e confortĆ”vel. O chuveiro era bom! Poderia ser melhor! Pontos a melhorar: local do cafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito apertado. Fiquei em uma fila de espera por uma mesa. O cafĆ© servido Ć© muito ruim. Fraco e sem gosto de cafĆ©. Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel da rede: banheiro muito muito sujo, nĆ£o foi lavado e nem passou por nenhum tipo de limpeza nos Ćŗltimos meses. Roupa de cama com manchas e marcas de ferrugem. No momento do meu checkin, fui ao banheiro que fica na recepĆ§Ć£o do hotel, e o banheiro estava sujo e com fezes amostra. Sinalizei com cautela pra recepcionista para pedir p alguĆ©m tomar uma providĆŖncia, a mesma sĆ³ disse que quem limpa nĆ£o estava. Nos dois dias que tomei cafĆ©, nĆ£o havia suficiente para todos que estavam no salao, nĆ£o haviam funcionĆ”rios para atender a demanda de repor o buffet e fazer limpeza do ambiente, as mesas lotadas de pratos sujos, presenciei um hĆ³spede sinalizando falta no buffet e a funcionĆ”ria disse que nĆ£o era funĆ§Ć£o dela. Vi um casal de hĆ³spedes saindo sem comer. No entanto, o que mais estou horrorizada Ć© com a falta de limpeza do quarto.

Na mĆ©dia de um hotel. Poderia melhorar o atendimento ao hĆ³spede, como nos serviƧos do rooftop, mas a comida tambĆ©m Ć© boa. Passei por uma situaĆ§Ć£o onde quase fui obrigado a consumir no local da piscina, pois disseram que nĆ£o poderia beber nem uma Ć”gua trazida de um estabelecimento fora do hotel pelas polĆ­ticas do rooftop. E quase fizeram nĆ³s arcar com o couver artĆ­stico de forma a impor o serviƧo, ao invĆ©s de ser opcional pelo CĆ³digo de Defesa do Consumidor e Leis estaduais de MaceiĆ³. Achei o hotel super barulhento, o 7Āŗ andar que estava era terrĆ­vel, se alguĆ©m entrasse no quarto ao lado, parecia que estava entrando no meu, passavam falando e rindo no corredor as 6hs da manhĆ£ como se fosse 12hs. O quarto de cima fazia uns barulhos que super incomodava. Enfim nĆ£o foi nada legal e muito menos relaxante.
