Definitely go stay here.

Had a really lovely stay, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. They made an effort to speak our own language the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Only area for improvement would be a separate shower bathroom, as it was a wet room shower over the toilet. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, paid for parking available although we didn't use it. Staff friendly enough. The photos of the rooms on Expedia don't reflect the rooms, or at least the one we had. Our room on the first floor facing the car park smelt of cigarettes, possibly from people smoking directly downstairs. There are some seatings to the front of the hotel where smoking is permitted so you always walk in to the smell of it. When someone came to clean our room, they knocked over many of the items in the bathroom including the toothbrushes which were all left for us to pick up. Our room had a pod coffee machine and paper cups, not very environmentally conscious. There are other places in town I would try next time, especially for the price we paid for our stay.

Our stay was very good, The staff were great and helpful. the reason for the poor result was that one side of the bed was different than the other, it was like lying on a water bed. very uncomfortable. other than that great.

Perfecte accommodatie voor een paar dagen zuid Limburg. Midden in centrum. Parkeren makkelijk en nabij. Restaurants, terrassen en winkels om de hoek. Prima ontbijt. We komen zeker terug.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen aan de rand van het centrum. De kamer is ruim, netjes maar niet brandschoon. Heel veel kalkaanslag in de badkamer. Lamp kapot en een kluis op een losse plank helpt ook niet echt. Personeel heel vriendelijk, ontbijt was oké niet heel uitgebreid.

Fijn verblijf met enkele minpunten

In het algemeen was het verblijf wel oke. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie en heel vriendelijk personeel aan de bar en de ontbijtruimte. Toch waren er ook enkele minpunten... Het verblijf is toch vrij kostelijk waardoor het fijn zou zijn om glazen op de kamer te hebben en koffietassen i.p.v kartonnen bekers. Deze werden ook niet aangevuld gedurende het verblijf. We sliepen op het eerste verdiep aan de trap, waardoor we ook écht wel last hadden van het lawaai van de poetskarren, die al vroeg op de gang werden gereden. Ook waren de badjassen, die vermeld stonden, niet aanwezig. Ontbijt was lekker en werd goed aangevuld. Er is een priveparking aanwezig maar hier moet wel extra voor betaald worden, wat niet aangegeven werd op de website.

We hadden een suite, die erg gezellig was. Ontbijt was goed. Op loopafstand van de kerstmarkten in de grotten.

Het was opnieuw een prettig verblijf. Voor korte vakanties in Limburg is het prima. We komen terug. Midden in het gebied waar je wilt zijn als je Valkenburg bezoekt. Rustig, maar op een paar stappen lopen bij alle terrassen en de winkels. Goed ontbijt. Tot gauw

Opnieuw met veel plezier verbleven in het hotel. De service was wederom prima. Ligging ideaal aan het centrale plein op enkele tientallen meters afstand van alle restaurants, winkels en terrassen. Perfecte locatie voor een paar dagen zuid Limburg. De suite die wij boekten is qua inrichting en sanitair toe aan een update, maar zeer ruim.

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk. Alles was mogelijk (eerder gebruik maken van de accommodatie, verlenging van het gebruik van parkeerplaats). Kamer ook bijzonder mooi. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt. Alles werd bijgevuld.
