"A great converted church with a novel use of space! The room was very comfortable with Air Con that works! The restaurant was so delicious and the food presented really well. There was enough car parking for about 20 cars at a pinch. The main drag for bars and restaurants is an easy 10 minute walk ..."

"Perfect hotel for the pandemic (no restaurants) so an apartment-style hotel with our own kitchen was the perfect place to stay. The apartment itself was very large, nicely furnished and warm during the winter cold snap we experienced."

"Across the street from RR station. 15 minute walk to main Christmas markets, excellent staff. RR Station unmanned Sunday mornings, which was a hassle when my train got cancelled and i had to "wing it" to get to Brussels."

This was a trip to visit the Xmas markets and Valkenburg is centrally situated for the markets In Maastricht & Aachen as well as the ones in Valkenburg themselves. The town embraces Xmas and there is a wide range of restaurants.
