"Had high hopes here - stayed 3 nights in the mini heatwave. Hotel looked great, different, nice pool area…. But in all the heat the air con didn’t work. Reported it to reception who said they’d look into it. Second night - still didn’t work. Reported again - asked for room change. Told not possible although hotel wasn’t full. "It was ok. Check in ends at 7pm arrived at half past got fined 20 euros. Area nice. Right next to the metro which is handy. "

"Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel. Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and everything was well explained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. The only downsides were that there were no toiletries provided, such as shower gel or shampoo, and there was no luggage storage service available. Other than these minor issues, the experience was positive."

"They did not have the air conditioning turned on and said the service man had not come to change it over. Even though it was the end of April and clearly needed by then. My 89-year-old mother's door lock jammed, and she was trapped in her room. I had to go get the staff to unlock the door. I asked for a key but each room only had one key. The staff member actually walked into the room, closed the door, while my mother and I were in the room, and tried to open it herself. We almost did...

"Minor hiccup with the room, but the staff more than made up for it - service was genuinely exceptional. Room itself was quiet and felt premium, amenities were great, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"​I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained and clean hotel. The room is spacious, and the staff is very helpful. However, the location was a bit of a drawback for me. The nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away. While there are a few good restaurants nearby, the selection is limited unless you’re willing to walk another 10 minutes for more variety. There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, though the hotel does sell water and snacks in the lobby."
