"This was one of my, if not my best hotel experience ever. The hotel itself is extraordinary, the architecture drips with tropical beauty, and the rooms represent the height of evolution. When you open the door, the 12 foot tall curtains to the balcony automatically open, presenting a view of Singapore. "
"I had an excellent stay from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, which made the experience very comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations. My only suggestion would be to make the bathroom a bit more accommodating for international guests by adding a hand shower, jet spray, or bidet to the toilet commode."

"The rooms was small for three people, we had a double bed and a single bed but the mattress and pillows were so comfortable we all had a good night's sleep! The facilities were great as soon as you come out of lifts there is water filter and other amenities for our stay. We walked to the hawker food court and a shopping centre near by. "
"Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better."
