"Great location"

"Lovely little gem of a guest house with freshly cooked to order breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble"

"Lovely bedroom with enough space for our suitcases and lots of hot drinks available to warm up us . There was only one sharing bathroom with one toilets only inside which was an issue because there are about seven bedrooms. I wish that there was another toilets for emergency needs:). "We loved the location, our room and the really warm staff who are a family business. Everything was great except for a few noise issues which were not the hotel's fault: water pipe road work right outside our window and a horrible, constantly stomping and dropping things guest right above us both nights. The manager did speak to them but the guests couldn't seem to change their stripes. We will ask for a top room next time we visit which will be soon. This is our new go to hotel for London....
