Our stay at the Gaydon was excellent the breakfast really set you up for the day and the host’s Kate & Keith are excellent they will do everything to make sure your stay is how you want it to be

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, lovely clean room, superb location. Excellent hosts who were very welcoming. Breakfast was 10/10. Our whole trip was super relaxed which was what we hoped for.

A little gem in Lytham Saint Annes. Very good service, comfortable rooms and close to the seafront. Lot's of restaurants within a 20 minute walk.

Easter weekend in Lytham St Anne's.

Fabulous stay at the Gaydon in Lytham St Anne's. The owners Keith and Kate made sure we had an enjoyable stay. Delicious breakfasts and spotlessly clean hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Another fabulous stay at this lovely spotlessly clean B&B with a homely feel. We had a superb spacious room with a super king bed, which was very comfy and a large en-suite with a great walk in shower. The cooked breakfast was delicious, cereal,fruit, yoghurt etc also available. Kate and Keith are a lovely, friendly couple and it’s been a pleasure to stay here once again.

Amazing weekend!

We had an absolute amazing stay. Keith and Kate are the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Their genuine attention to all aspects of our stay was very nice for us to experience. Our en-suite room was large with a huge, very comfortable, bed in it. The breakfast choices were plenty and the quality of the products were of a very high standard. We will definitely be recommending this bed and breakfast accommodation to our friends.

We had a lovely room that was comfy and very clean. Kate and Keith are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. The information supplied in the room was excellent and gave us ideas of things to do on future visits. The breakfast was superb, there is plenty of choice, we opted for the full English…delicious!The offer of an evening sherry was a delightful touch! We will definitely stay here again.

One of the best stays we have ever experienced and we are well travelled. The accommodation is excellent and Keith and Kate were outstanding hosts. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We went into Lytham which is lovely, did the Parkrun at Lytham Hall which was a gorgeous route and walked into St Annes which again is lovely. The accommodation is virtually on the seafront and another lovely walk.

Stayed for 3 nights. Met on arrival by hosts who were lovely. Shown immediately to our room which was light and airy and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in hotels, great choice and topped off with warm muffin if desired. Also complimentary sherry available in lobby from 5pm for anyone wanting a nightcap!

Fabulous place to stay

What a wonderful B&B! The hosts Keith and Kath are very friendly and their attention to detail is second to none. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfy. Breakfast is very comprehensive with lots of choice for all tastes. Kath even bakes her own breakfast muffins! You can help yourself to a glass of sherry in the evening should you so wish. We shall definitely be staying there again. Thank you Keith and Kath for a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable stay. Slept very well in the large comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Probably the best breakfast we've had in a b & b or hotel in the UK. Excellent quality and quantity. We didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! Lovely spacious room, very nice to relax in after a busy couple of days. We especially enjoyed the complimentary sherry when we returned in the evening, quite late. The accommodation is very close to the beach and promanade, which is very lovely. A very good stay and we will look to return. We were made to feel very welcome

Short break

Good location, 15 minutes walk to train Station centre. Owners left bus routes and places of attraction in folder in room, very useful. Clean, good service. Ideal for short break, though would needcar for linger stays to travel further afield.

Can’t say enough about how gracious and welcoming Kate and Keith were. They went out of their way to make sure everything about my stay was enjoyable. Lovely room, clean, quiet, and breakfast was delicious, especially the bacon! A delightful property and absolutely top-notch hosts. I would absolutely happily stay here again if I am ever back in the area. 10 !

Trip to Lytham St Annes

We had a great trip to Lytham & Blackpool - got a day rider (£6) for the tram & bus up to Fleetwood, Cleveleys and Blackpool on a glorious (& windy) day. Plenty to see, good food and a superb base where nothing was too much trouble.
