The hotel was gorgeous, well maintained and in the perfect location. However, what really stood out was the service. Alexendre and Karim were constantly available, knowledgeable and eager to help with any and all questions. Highly recommend!

Carlton Hotel Lyon - MGallery Collection
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful as was the breakfast, room service and bar area. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Citadines Presqu'île Lyon
The hotel is in an excellent location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is decent for the price. The hotel is clean.
