Le personnel est avenant, attentionné, le cadre est propre, le petit déjeuner y est copieux et surtout les draps sont propres et il ya toujours du savon et des serviettes fournies en cas d'oublie du client.

Hôtel proche d Eurexpo

L'accueil et l'enregistrement était très bien, petit déjeuner correct. L hôtel est proche d Eurexpo. La chambre no 2 est assez bruyante, vu qu'elle se trouve à côté de l'escalier qui monte au 1er étage, l'extérieur pourrait être nettoyer!

Hôtel tout simplement horrible. Des champignons sur les murs, une douche dont l'arrivée d'eau est reliée au lavabo, des tâches partout sur la moquette, de la nourriture encore collée sur les tablettes depuis je ne sais combien de temps. Une horreur ! Ne dépensez pas votre argent en allant dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel abandonné

Hôtel délabré, moquette usée et sale, interrupteur d'électricité dangereux, matelas horrible car les ressorts sortent, salle de bain vétusté, cuvette des WC cassé, manque de couverture, petit déjeuner incomplet, j'ai du attendre une demi heure pour avoir des croissantds qui ne sont jamais arrivés. Bref très mécontent de cet hôtel, une réelle catastrophe, et dire que le propriétaire est milliardaire, quelle honte Ne pas recommander cet hôtel Je serai le dire au responsable de l'euro expo de Lyon.
