"I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Other guests were asked if they wanted coffee or tea, but no one asked me anything. Even when I asked for coffee myself, it never came. Guests who arrived after me got their coffee right away. I had to ask several times before mine finally came.
There were no small plates left, the breakfast room was quite small, and my omelette order never arrived in the end."

"Great location, and I would have given a 10/10 rating, but on the last day one of the front desk gave us wrong information to get to the airport, (there is in fact another route to the airport on Saturdays beside the RhoneExpress). Otherwise the bed was comfy, the room was quiet and we enjoyed our brief stay."
