"Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel autour de minuit pour le check in après un long voyage en voiture avec ma famille. Aussitôt arrivé, l'accès à l'hôtel était fermé. J'ai appelé la réception sur le haut-parleur qui était à l'extérieur, les 2 agents qui étaient à la réception ont refusé de m'ouvrir la porte principale de l'hôtel. En dépit du fait que j'avais la famille avec moi dehors en attente, et le fait que je leur avais informé que je venais d'arriver pour faire le check in, ils ont refusé de me donner accès, me demandant tout d'abord mon nom que je devais communiquer de l'extérieur sur haut-parleur. C'est une expérience horrible que je n'ai jamais vécu dans n'importe quel hôtel. Ce n'est pas du bon service à la clientèle. Pullman Lyon peut faire mieux pour valoriser ses clients."

"The property is quite convenient to the train and airport (the Rhone Express shuttle was easy and cost effective). The room was small and clean. Be prepared to walk 45 minutes or so (or take a bus) to the old town, cafes and shops. The area around the property is quite barren other than the train station and mall. The staff were very helpful and kind."

Radisson Blu Hotel Lyon

"I didint know that hotel was only located from 32nd floor and above. To get to reception was scary, I understand that the entrance was under construction but it was very tiring to get 32nd floor by the slow lift and then get another lift to get to your room. My check in was sweet, I had a very friendly guy who was half French half English he was very helpful and check out was smooth but there was a long queue for it. Room service was extremely poor as asking a simple black tea bag became very challenging with room service lady who couldn’t speak a word of English. Hotel is locating very close to Westfield shopping center and all the main train stations and trams. So traveling there wasn’t hard. It was very disappointing that hotel just wanna charge for anything such as late check out which many hotels are offering it for free. That didint feel good."
