"Wonderful hotel Louigi was exceptionally helpful and everyone was friendly . We had a fantastic time, the location is amazing. The service was outstanding I have to say that people at Lyon the most friendly people in France. The city is beautiful and clean, we felt very safe and would love to visit again. So much to do and to see with a walking distance. The room was cosy and bed was a king size with a wonderful bedding. We could open the window at our room and even on Saturday, Sunday night noise coming from outside it wasn’t a major problem. The room is sound proof and no noise coming from the floor or neighbors. The bathrobe and sleepers were provided, both a good quality. The hotel deserves 5 stars"

"The hotel was gorgeous, well maintained and in the perfect location. However, what really stood out was the service. Alexendre and Karim were constantly available, knowledgeable and eager to help with any and all questions. Highly recommend!"

"The room may not be big but it is so well designed that it is very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is very nice. I highly recommend splurging for a balcony. It is close to everything and the staff is very nice. "
