"Was a great experience. The hotel have a very great potencial for attract new customers. They have many opportunities to improve the customer experience. The location is fenomenal. Only take 5 minutes to WTC Memorial, Oculus and many Metro stations. The location is very safe. The room and amenities are just like the offer, just like photos. The lobby crew was very supportive and friendly. I hope in my next trip to NYC have a new stay with Tribeca Hotel. You're so nice guys!"

"The stay was good. Check in was good. The only thing I’ve noticed is that there seems to be an issue with the water pressure in the building. While you’re taking a shower, the water pressure can suddenly nose dive and there’s not a lot of pressure behind it. I hope they can address that. Overall, the stay was good."

"The room hardly has space to put bags for 3 people. Breakfast is the same everyday, only bread and frozen pancake, bagel and bread with jam and mapel syrup. Coffe and tea are available too. Downside is the small room"

"My experience at Motto by Hilton Times Square was fantastic. The location is perfect just steps from the heart of Times Square, yet the hotel felt safe and relaxing. The rooms are compact but very smartly designed, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole place has a modern, stylish vibe. It’s a great value for the area, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC."

"We're here for just one night but the hotel entrance is unassuming, elegant and clean. Check in staff is very cordial and helpful and the room is exactly what we needed for the night - just right for 2. A super comfortable place to sleep (nice firm bed!), AC was going strong (it was a hot day!) and bathroom was perfect. AND for NYC, a very reasonable price and near many restaurants on 3rd Ave. Will definitely come back"
