"The city was old but charming town. And the building was old, too. But they tried to keep clean."

"Was a great little cabin, nice quiet area, close to town for meals etc"

"We liked everything about our stay. There was nothing we didn't like. Room was newly renovated and totally modern. Everything you needed was there. Even a towel warming rack in the bathroom. Would highly recommend this properly for your stay in the Lunenburg area."

"Lovely stay , great location and an amazing breakfast . Very lovely people"

"The house is beautiful, good location a short walk to town and waterfront. Dining room was beautiful, sunny, comfortable with excellent breakfast provided"

"Awesome experience! Willow the dog especially enjoyed the upgrade to an oceanview suite and the biscuits given to her by the fantastic staff!"

"Margaret was wonderful. The room was excellent. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyed the casual conversation during breakfast. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone in the area!"

"Clean rooms friendly staff"

"I have stayed at the Blackforest cabins four times now and every time we have a very clean positive experience. There has been great communication and easy instructions for checking in and checking out. I wish they had deals for reoccurring customers because it is pretty expensive to stay even for one night."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is on a Main Street but after 6pm the town is very quiet. Being this is an older inn if you are a senior would recommend packing an overnight bag as you have to take the stairs to get to your room. There is free parking on site. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants"

"It's unfortunate that the photo of in their ad is of the dining area. A good basic motel to stay on your trip. Located on the edge of the town of Bridgewater. The room was clean, the staff helpful and easy parking."
