The room was freezing as it had no heat on. Probably not used enough. It was king suite on bottom floor as the hotel had no elevator the sofa in room you could not sit n as it sunk and you could barely get out if it. Needs to be replaced. Was not worth the extra money I had to pay to stay on bottom floor.

Staff was fantastic, can't say enough about that. The room was clean and well appointed, heat wasnt a problem once i figured out the heating system, continental breakfast was spot on. Thank for amother too stay.

We understand that this is an older hotel but the sofa cushions in our suite we pretty much done. The bathroom was very small. Getting out of shower has toilet on one end and a towel rack on other. You have to be careful not to hit your head. The AC/Heat was very noisy. Also the room we booked online as per the images on the booking was not the one we ended up in. TV was small and sound kept increasing and decreasing making it hard to watch anything. The breakfast had few choices for hot breakfast. Only hard boiled eggs and sausage. Tea and coffee were in thermal carafes and not fresh. We will look for another hotel for future stays.

Breakfast was very good. The service was excellent. I like that there are no scents in the rooms such as bounce fabric softener etc. The only complaint is the loud roar of the heating system in the room. We actually had to turn it off anf go without heat.

Very dim/low lighting in breakfast room; like a nightclub. Low quality bread, ‘hot’ water in a canister that wouldn’t congeal the instant oatmeal. Grout on bathroom shower requires proper cleaning, and shower needs recaulking (missing in places and black in others). Front desk staff courteous and friendly.
