"Lors de notre séjour à l’Ibis Styles de Bourbon Lancy, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes. La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure du check-in. Pour nous faire patienter, la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous offrir une consommation au bar. Nous avons accepté : un jus de poire pour mon fils et un Coca Zéro pour moi.
