"The room was tidy, my standard room overlooked the large lake which was a nice view with a table and chairs on the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and convenient for my stay."

"Nice independent run hotel at about the level of a Holiday Inn. Rooms are an adequate size for two to share. Some of the exterior is it showing its age around the back facing on to the sports facilities which are apparently not maintained to a level to currently in use. Restaurant evening menu and bar have a wide selection of options, and the morning breakfast buffet has a good wide selection. There is also a range of good restaurants and pubs within a short distance if you don't want to use the on-site offering. Would I stay again? Yes."

"Overall a good stay. Our room didn’t have air con, so very warm, and the toilet seat needed replacing. Not sure if there is a limit regarding the amount of people who use the spa, but it was very busy the day we visited."
