"I have three criteria for picking a cheap motel when I am traveling. It must be clean, safe and quiet. This motel provided all three, but little else. If you go there, don't be deterred by people loitering outside and around the property. The room did not have a coffee pot or a microwave, and it didn't even have bath towels until I went downstairs, where a curt desk person directed me to the laundry. A woman there slowly gave me towels. Adding to the ambience, a poster on the entry reminds...

"I had no complaints about the room although one the first 2 nights i didn’t know how to work the AC what was a killer without it but once a cleaner showed me how it works it was fine The staff were probably the best part of the stay I didn’t drive I got a uber all the time (what were crazy fast at picking up And i didn’t really use the kitchen but maybe a cup but that’s it But I got what I paid for with stay"

"Check in was awful, the room smelled and the toilet seat was broken.but they did fix it right away Oh and the bathroom was so small, there was room to fart in it. Breakfast sucked. The coffee was good."

"This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."

"Room was clean and comfortable enough, but not properly checked by housekeeper for supplies (no tissues in bathroom). Biggest complaint was the “free breakfast,” which in my 30+ years of hotel stays, came in dead last. Really embarrassing for them and very unsatisfying for me."

"Loved the Beautiful room we stayed in it was extremely large and decorated in nice colors! The owner, Cheryl was very nice and friendly! The distance to Hull and the beach and restaurants was close proximity! What was disappointing was the size of the shower stall, my husband who has a handicap, was difficult for him because it was so small. With the massive size of the room and the high walk in closet, a walk in shower would be a great addition! We always stay at bed and breakfasts...
