We stayed in room 405 and it was Very large, in clouding a balcony that wrapped around the entire side and to the front of the property where there was a view of Florence. Two small. Things- this property is at least 20 minute walk to most attractions in Florence so just know that but, because of that we discovered a wonderful restaurant- Trattoria Cesarino- ate there twice- get the small steak Florentine. "The property was charming and fun. However there are no staff on site so getting the code and getting in was confusing (another man there actually just left to get another room). We had some trouble with luggage storage, and again no one to problem solve…there was apparently a manager on site who refused to come assist, instead a housekeeper attempted to problem solve."

"Es un departamentito a 10 cuadras del centro. Tiene varios lugares para comer cerca y las habitaciones son espaciosas. El wifi no llegaba a la habitación, funcionaba solo en el living. No usamos la cocina por lo que no puedo puntearla y la ducha salía muy bien, a buena temperatura y presión. "

"Uma grata surpresa. Quarto bem grande, cama também e a cozinha estava equipado com tudo o necessário se quiser fazer refeição no local. O local é muito tranquilo, ao mesmo tempo que está perto de uma estação do bonde que deixa você em 5 minutos perto do centro de Florença. A 200m do hotel há uma pracinha com uma padaria excelente para comer um delicioso sanduíche. Café da manhã simples e servido na porta do quarto pontualmente. Com certeza ficaria nesse hotel novamente em Florença."

"We loved the location in a wonderful neighborhood between Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace, and Ponte Vecchio. It's close to many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, and enotecas. Close enough to everything to be convenient and fun but far enough from the crowds for quiet. The little apartment is beautiful and clean with 2 baths, a tiny kitchen and eating area, and an upstairs sleeping loft with a comfortable bed and a great shower. (Probably the downstairs one is fine, too. We never tried it.). One...

"10min tram from Florence SM station, the stay is right next to the tram station. There is Lidl and groceries store nearby. The room is spotless clean, without even one hair. Whatsapp onsite support is responsive and prompt. "
