At check-in, they informed me that the reservation deposit from Expedia had been declined, and they needed to re-run my card. "The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it."

"The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time."

Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. "My husband and I stayed here for 1 night heading from Oregon back home. We had a King bed, which was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t get in the pool but did go and look at it. It was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good. We had a smooth check in and the lady was very friendly and helpful. We also had a smooth check out. We would definitely stay there again."
