At check-in, they informed me that the reservation deposit from Expedia had been declined, and they needed to re-run my card. "The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it."

"The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time."

"The room was dirty had cereal and trash by the beds. Had 2 infants in room that were crawling that is a huge choking hazard. The pool and hot tub were closed. If I had known that I wouldn't have even booked this hotel. There was a wrag wrapped around the pipes of the sink. And the 3rd floor screen was ripped off the bottom of the window."
