"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. "The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was good, the parking was great. The room we got was big and accommodated my big family. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to spend it in Denver. The beds were comfortable, it had two restrooms. There was only one tub with the shower included but it was still very convenient to have two restrooms. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us.
