"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"

"The room was clean but clearly dated and in need of repair. The restaurant staff was off putting and didn’t seem to know what was going on. The menu barely listed the ingredients and when we disclosed a food allergy, they didn’t say anything or write anything down about it. Food was clearly not fresh and was thawed from frozen."

"Must read review My stay was disturbed by a football team who ran up and down the corridor screaming and banging on doors. Episode lasted for about two hours. Two calls to reception before action was taken and things returned to normal. My two kids were left terrified and due to this I did not sleep. No alternative room was offered during the whole episode . I have tried complaining and was offered 20% off my next stay and a complimentary breakfast. I’m of the opinion that if your stay was...

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"The hotel is very good nice staff, everything is fine and OK but I only problem is the mattress, the mattress is not standard it's not orthopaedic like most standard, top hotels but string - made, very bad for the back, which i told them to take that into consideration."

"Excellent hotel and stay at the Glenroyal couldn't fault anything, smooth check in, great room, very clean and spacious had everything you could need. Plenty of parking onsite, excellent selection for breakfast and everything was delicious. The leisure centre and pool facilities were great will definitely be back! "
