"Beautiful hotel. The grounds were lovely, long private drive up to the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, bathroom was a bit small but clean and nicely laid out with everything needed to hand. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back for a longer stay soon. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. It had so much character and was in an absolutely idillic location. We left our glasses behind and before we had even boarded our flight home the hotel had called and informed us that they had found them. They went above and beyond to ensure that the glasses were shipped all the way back to Canada and were so very gracious and covered the shipping cost - which I can only imagine was not minimal in these times! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay...
