"Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. "

"Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work. Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low. Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first. Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. "Checking in was quick and efficient and my room modern and airy. I was walking with a stick following an injury so happy that room was on first floor even though seaview not the best. Pool area was lovely and the lady on the pool bar was really nice. Went out at night so didnt experience hotel entertainment. The breakfast could have been more extensive in terms of selection but overall would revisit this hotel"

"The staff were excellent and helpful. The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch. The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis. The location is perfect and parking is possible but around the corner, requiring a staff member to assist in parking and retrieving a car. It was a...

"awesome stay in San Jose! The aparthotel was spacious with an awesome deck! Good wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen equipment. It's about a 15 min walk from town. I did have a cold shower one day and the receptionist didn't follow-up."
