The staff was the best part of our stay - pleasant and helpful. The rooms were not. First we were out in a room with a broken tv, broken coffee maker and doors that didn’t close to the bedroom and toilet/shower. We were moved into another room with an ac unit that barely worked and more doors that would not close. Neither room had a safety lock at the top of the entry door. There were holes in the bathroom wall.

Not a great selection for breakfast, pool was being shocked which disappointed us. I wish they would have told us before we checked in since we had kids. The room had some dirty sections like the a/c and blow dryer. The rest of the room was nice. Cleaning staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was substandard. The king bed had 4 smaller than standard pillows and the queen beds had 3. Staff was nice and full of explanations. Parking was fair and not secure. The elevators were in need of repair. Breakfast was sufficient. Would not stay at that location again.
