"1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com. 2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places. 3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach...

"Vi var mycket nöjda med vistelsen på vansana hotel ända tills vi skulle checka ut. Deras kortläsare funkade inte och vi hade inte tillräckligt med kontanter, då ville de inte hjälpa oss på något sätt samt att de inte skulle köra oss till flygplatsen om vi inte betalade. Till slut krävde vi skjuts in till stan för att ta ut pengar så vi kunde komma vidare. Tråkigt avslut på annars så bra vistelse."
