"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Employees were great and very helpful. Only downside I found (and it was minimal) was the trash cans in the room. They were very small and did not have trash bags in them. Like I said; very minimal. Other than that, everything else was great."

"The 6th floor smells like mold. The room was very outdated. It had a weird smell of stale air and mold. I later found out that a few years ago the main hotel with the lobby in fact did have mold and had to be fixed. Either it's not fixed or the smell never went away. The staff were nice. Especially the door men. The pool was nice as well."

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"To start the pool was very nice, and the servers around the hotel are all personable, helpful, and really welcoming. The room we had was terrible, such a pungent Oder of urine in the hallway and worse in room 706. The shower had some red spots on the floor, the sheets were filthy - we switched rooms and then after we requested an ocean view we were given an ocean view room and switched again. I think they just need to get rid of the carpets. They are really unsanitary. So, overall it was ok....

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "

"The breakfast was excellent. So, many choices and a lot of seating. Our beach view from our room was perfect. The three sliding doors was a great touch. The elevators were slow and at times there was a long wait to get up to our room and back down to the lobby. Overall, we would come back & stay there again. Highly recommend this place."

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"
