"The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower."

"Excelente atención al cliente cuando estaba el Personal, sólo contestan el teléfono para Atención, ya que no están 24 horas en Recepcion, en mi caso era complicado ya que mi plan de datos sólo permitía llamadas por WhatsApp, les mandé un correo que aparece en su página para avisar que iba a llegar tarde porque nos cambió el vuelo la aerolínea, y afortunadamente cuando llegamos nos abrió otra persona y pudimos dormir en los sillones y en el piso de la Recepcion el primer día"
