"Hotel is in a great location, very central so perfect for sightseeing. Breakfast was disappointing, menu stated basket of bread and choice of pastries - none. Wouldn’t have order the Charcuterie plate to have without bread. Coffee machine was. broken and waitress did eventually get us a drink from behind counter but had to push for this as she was busy trying to deal with lots of customers. Plates not cleared from first course, they forgot to cook our order and then arrived and no knives or forks. Didn’t bother on day 2. "

"Paid extra to have club access…just not worth it. Breakfast consisted of some so danish, croissants, fruit salad and yogurt. Nothing added to midday …even saw the fruit salad still there. We had a suite…fridge empty, not even a bottle of water. Bedroom very sparse .. broken window shade and electrical outlet under window didn’t work….found out the next day when I was sightseeing and my battery was dead."

"A 5 minute shower flooded the hotel room - entire bathroom into the hallway, in front of the bed. This ultimately got on our luggage and souvenirs. I went down to the lobby to collect more towels and the front desk attendant was hesitant on proving me a handful of towels to clean up. Ultimately, I had to switch rooms. "
