"We were really disappointed by the beach. It’s rocky and was covered in seaweed (during our visit). The pools are beautiful, staff was lovely. The room was enormous and well maintained. I just wish we had more transparency regarding the condition of the beach."

"These guys went above and beyond, especially Connor, who really helped me when I realized we booked the wrong days. He worked diligently with Expedia to make sure that our dates were changed. "While the property was clean & well maintained, the pool was closed for three of the five days we were there (bummer). However, staff were quick to let us know that the pool of an adjacent property could be utilized instead. Everyone was cheerful, friendly & quick to assist. Our room was comfortable, cool & quiet. "This was our very first day there and it was fabulous. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Key West, clean and neat, staff very, very helpful. Make sure if you’re handicap that you book on the bottom floor because the stairs are quite steep and there are no elevators. The exercise was good for me. Have a great day."
