"Besoin de nettoyer les tapis… nous avons changé de chambre due à la malpropreté, la deuxième était pareil…les oreillers trop épaisses, lit fait avec drap plat et non contour ce n’est pas confortable. Cartier avec beaucoup d’itinérants. Je n’ai pas du tout aimé."

"Honestly, you can’t really call this a hotel - it’s more of a motel. For the price they charge, you could get a much nicer and more comfortable place to stay in Vancouver instead. The rooms are very outdated, and the cleanliness could definitely have been better. Even basic things you would expect from any standard hotel, like ear plugs, were unavailable, and the front desk staff rolled their eyes when asked simple questions. Overall, the customer service and experience were disappointing. Would not recommend."

"The location was great. The downsides: At the hotel restaurant, we were seated and then waited 30 minutes without being served. We tried making eye contact with the staff, but they ignored us. When we finally asked out loud for assistance, they brought two glasses of champagne, but by then we had already booked another place nearby and decided to leave. The large HVAC unit on the roof directly below our windows was running all night. It was extremely loud and very annoying. The washroom floor was not sloped properly, so water leaked out after every shower, leaving a puddle in front of the toilet. The water pressure from the shower head was far too weak."

"The locations is perfect view of the harbour, walking distance around the tourist spots and downtown victoria. Amazing very helpful staff, the check in was smooth and was able to leave our bags to the front desk after checking out so no hassle for us moving around the city."

"Room was clean and parking was available. Check in we were told our room wasn't ready yet and we were ten minutes early. We were told we would get a text or call when our room keys were ready. We sat in the lobby for 50 minutes and then I went back to the front desk to find no keys were ready but the room was done. The elevators didn't seem to work great people were complaining how long it took (keep in mind it was a full hotel) that did not bother me but the sensor to go up and down didn't work well and I had to help people multiple times after I figured it out myself."
