"Was what we expected. It was cozy and quiet. Our apartment was 3 minutes to beach, 4 minutes to indoor pool. Couch and master bed were uncomfortable to me, a little stiff. The pillows were like pancakes -- flat, but we managed. Left a day early to become grandparents. We will look at booking again if in the area. Thanks for the use of your facility."

10/10 Excellent

"The Coral Sands by Palmera is conveniently located near Coligny Beach. It was very clean, spacious (was just my husband and I) and it was completely stocked with whatever was needed for our stay. I think it's somewhat like a time share or something similar as they wanted us to attend a '30 minute meeting'. We let them know we wouldn't be attending and they didn't keep asking. I really like that as sometimes the asking can get very uncomfortable. We would definitely stay there again as it's a few minutes from beach parking, convenient to restaurants and a very comfortable place to stay."

"I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped us with our luggage and showed us a room full of empty luggage carts. I was disappointed with the extent the first bellman went to avoid helping."

"I had stayed in this hotel one week earlier on my way to Florida and I left the charger for my electric toothbrush. When I returned on my way back to Virginia I found out that the maid had turned it in to the front desk. It was an insignificant piece of equipment but it was nice that they held it for my return. The front desk clerk and the maid were very helpful in making me feel welcome. The clerk that works the front office in the morning was also on top of everything. She kept the coffee brewing, the food restocked and the tables clean. I have stayed here twice a year for the last three years and I intend to continue as long as I am able to make the drive to see my grandson in Florida."
