Clean and updated room, very friendly staff. Elizabeth welcomed us and was always ready to help whenever we needed support. There is a praying room downstairs to be quiet and also there is a mass scheduled in specific days. And we were informed and provided information in English. The place is very close to the Basilica/ Grotto. We recommend staying at this place without hesitation or doubt.

We where very happy to stay at this location. We were welcomed by the owner. The room is in a central location, very clean and quiet. Walking distance to the sanctuary, fort/ castle, Bernadette house and all restaurants and stores. Small balcony to main street. We were able to leave the luggage there before check in and after check out. We will recommend this cozy place.

Definitely recommend!!!

This was the perfect place! Really close to the Grotto and to the other shops and restaurants. Our train got in late and she was accommodating to us. Very grateful for her hospitality! 10/10!! Definitely recommend!

My overall stay was great, due to the proximity to the location of my pilgrimage. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and felt like being at home. However, on the last two days there, the heat was cut off, and some of the electrical switches were off too— and it was very cold in February.

Very close to the Basilica -- just a few minutes walk. So convenient. And shopping for holy water bottles, rosaries, and other mementos of Lourdes is right outside the front door.

Location is at the center of it all. Walkable to the Grotto and to all the restaurants and other attractions. Easy check in and out. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, with clean and comfortable sheets and towels. The simple breakfast was delicious and the in room coffee machine was convenient. The owner Elisabeth is accommodating, very kind and friendly and always willing to give advice and suggestions. This property is a gem!!

This is a small, quiet, and cozy bed and breakfast for pilgrimage to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes. Our room was large with a small kitchenette and a nice shower. The place also has a small and cozy praying chapel. The owner is a caring and friendly lady that is always willing to help and make your stay easy and peaceful. Take into consideration that during winter the city is almost empty and most of the shops and restaurants are closed so there are limited options for dining.

Staff are excellent. We arrived at airport midnight, no taxis or uber around, not knowing what to do we contacted the hotel reception, the hotel staff went out of their way and arranged for a taxi to come pick us up. Just an example of their excellence.

This is a quiet, convenient and affordable property. We strongly recommend it. Elizabeth, the proprietor, is a saint. She went above and beyond to help us get our lost luggage. There is a nice chapel on the ground floor, which was wonderful to have. It is located right next to shopping and dining. It is a very short walk to the Lourdes shrine.

I brought my elderly mother here to visit Lourdes, the grotto and religious areas of the environment. Elisabeth is a wonderful host and the property is also her family home. The facilities are set up for people who visit for pilgrimages. There is a small family chapel within the property. This is a small, personal and family orientated property. Very simple, personal without television but that’s because I assume most guests are out most of the day at the Basilica at prayer. The main entrance is on a backstreet with a slight gradient and opposite the public lift. The hotel is walkable (15min) from Lourdes SNCF station and also where the Tarbes Shuttle drops you.

I did not realize this was once the home of St. Bernadette’s uncle and it was not a hotel. There was a staircase leading to the room- difficult to haul my suitcase, toilet was separated from shower and sink, need to step from toilet area to sink/ shower area to wash hands. No TV, or phone in room- amenities that I usually expect when traveling; I should have read more of the description of the property before making a decision to make my booking.
