"The only good thing I can say about this motel, is the location was very convenient for my needs to commute to Churchill downs! The room was far from clean, almost every blanket and sheet had cigarette burn holes. The smell was absolutely awful! Staff were not easy to work with & offered no discount for trouble. My room was next door to a prostitute, first nights stay we were woken up by Louisville metro police knocking on her door. I could keep going, I guess you can say you get what you pay for here for sure. "

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Busy week as it was Derby week and this location is about a mile to Churchill Downs. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and several menu choices. Bar was reasonable. Didn't use any other amenities ."
