"Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Handicap room was wonderful! Coffee 24 hours, great breakfast, comfy bed. Lots of noise (maybe construction?) but it stopped at bedtime."

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Monroe. Candy at the front desk was amazing—full of energy, welcoming, and very professional. She greeted us warmly and even provided four bottles of cold water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Candy went above and beyond to support us and make sure our stay was comfortable. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. We would definitely stay here again."
