"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"Upon arrival my experience when checking in, the agent wrote a note and passed it to another agent, it made me felt some type of way. Later on in the evening there was a huge cockroach running around on the carpet. 11 days later after checkout, I still have not received the remaining balance of the security deposit. I've called accounting department 3 times, no answer. I was told by front desk agent and manager the funds were released day of check-out and to contact my bank. Called 3 times...
