"The property was satisfactory and close to the outlet mall and convention center. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean but are showing signs of wear and could use some updating. WiFi was supportive for my work needs. Restaurants have a satisfactory selection of options but nothing really stood out. I’d say a visit across the street is a nicer steak restaurant at 4 seasons if that is what you’re looking for. Not bad for a quick stay."

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"The service was excellent, very friendly staff. I got a windowless room, but it came with a skylight. While at first I didn’t mind this, the early sun would beam down on me and wake me up super early. I wish I could have put a blind or something to cover the in coming light. "
