The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air worked fine. The front desk clerk was polite and efficient. The toilet was loose and made ticked when you used it. The sidewalks a walk ways were dirty and stained. The choice of breakfast was disappointing. Same food looked like it had been there for 24 hours. Muffins, bread, etc. I chose the property to sleep at and it was perfect for that. Clean, comfortable and cool.

The facility was very clean and nice. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable the only thing I was not happy with was outside the loud smell of marijuina but otherwise the trip was wonderful I do plan to stay there again next trip…

The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find. The driveway to get back to the hotel needed to be repaved. But it was a clean place and the bed was comfortable

Front desk staff was amazing. She was kind and friendly to me and my inquisitive girls. The room smelled musty and the couch was visibly dirty. The grounds were overgrown and most things needed a paint job. The front desk staff was so pleasant that her kindness overshadowed the state of the room.

Hotel was good for my needs: clean and overall comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Neighborhood was a little iffy but I felt safe. Air conditioner could have worked better but it did the job. Overall, a solid hotel experience for Hammond.

Good and cheap hotel for a night

The hotel itself was in pretty decent condition. The room was cozy but it did have a slight mildew smell when you first walked in after a little while you couldn't smell it anymore. The bed was clean and the room itself was clean. The ac worked and there was hot water to bathe with. We were staying just one night before our cruise the next day. The pool was running not sure if it was open as we did not get in. The place felt safe and I would stay here again.

Overall good experience.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff were friendly and pleasant. My only complaints were that the room smelled a bit like mildew and the blanket had small holes from from cigarette burns. Overall, though, it was a good experience. I'd stay again for sure.

On the road again

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a big disappointment, just breads and cereal. I'll stay here again if/when the need arises.

The staff and cleaning service was excellent. Bed was comfortable but pillows for king bed were like kids bed. Furniture and comforters need to be upgraded. But for a short stay it worked. It was clean which made it worth staying.
